Final Fantasy IV - J2Evisceration

This patch rewrites a lot of the swearing and tasteless jokes (and stupidity) out of the J2e version. It should be applied to a copy of Final Fantasy IV (Japan), that has never had any patches applied to it.

To apply this patch, use a Japanese rom image of Final Fantasy 4.

I recommend using LunarIPS to apply it.
