Wedding Peach Translation b.9

We weren't going to release a beta, but for a small game, it's got
quite a few endings, so for now we'll release this version to let ppl
get a taste of it.

Use snestool or ucon to patch the wpeach.ips file to wpeach.smc
Please if you post this patch, don't post the rom as it's translated. Post
them separately.

There are a few emulation flaws in the game currently that need addressed:

1. One of the mini games you are supposed to match 3 boxes up as they spin
   to form a complete body. At this time, the graphics aren't displayed 
   properly(although after some talking with zsKnight they do move now with
   zsnes .393!) The instructions also aren't translated yet on this particular game.
   Just try your best for now(If you do well in the rest of the game, it's
   not necessary to win this). Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

2. At this time, only the ending for "Lilly"(the brown haired girl) is finished.
