Rebecca and Naflign's Space Fantasy Zone translation

Updates:
a01: One entire word translated on the Weaponalds(tm) screen. Or one entire description if
you're one of those glass half filled types. I won't destroy the suspense by revealing which one it is....eh,
it'll most likely be the first option you pick though, being the oddest.

Note: To be honest I'm not sure if this will turn out to be a real project or just a
lark. I really liked the game and I have to admit I found the idea of working on a pce CD game interesting.
Of course too was the fact that it stars the Opa-Opa...enough motivation for any effort, to be sure!

Usage: 
ISO: To patch the iso image of track 2 with this patch, simply patch it as you would a normal rom. I
used snestool with no problem.
CD: Ummmm....later if this ever turns into a real project.
